Vandalism at Translink Condemned - Jimmy McCreesh

Sinn Féin's Jimmy McCreesh has condemned vandalism which took place at the Translink Bus Depot in Newtownhamilton over the weekend.

Councillor McCreesh said,

"I understand that two buses were damaged over the weekend and as a result one service has been postponed as a windscreen needs to be replaced."

"Why anyone would want to engage is this type of activity is beyond me. Those responsible have nothing to offer this community. I am calling anyone with any information about this vandalism to come forward immediately. If this behaviour continues Translink will be forced to withdraw this service completely which will be a detriment step for the community in Newtownhamilton."
