Drumintee Vandalism Condemned

Sinn Féin Drumintee Councillor, Packie McDonald has condemned a number of case of vandalism and crime which tool place in the lead up to the New Year in the local Dromintee area. A number of cars had stones and paint thrown at them. Furthermore, houses had eggs thrown over them and a home was burgled.

Cllr McDonald said,

"These disgraceful acts are in no way reflective of the community here in Drumintee. I am particulary concerned for elderly residents at this time of year, many of whom will be living in fear after these attacks. I would call upon those responsible to think of the consequences of their actions and the hurt that these crimes cause to our community."
