Welcome for PPS 21 Information Days - BoylanPublished: 15 January, 2009
Sinn Féin spokesperson on Planning, Cathal Boylan, has welcomed the Public Information days on Draft PPS 21 to be hosted by the DoE in various locations throughout the Six Counties.
'This is an opportunity for all interested members of the public to question DoE officials and get answers they require in relation to Draft PPS 21. I am aware that some outstanding issues, like the non farming rural dweller, have still to be resolved, so people will have the opportunity to offer submissions and have their voices heard.'
'I believe there is now more opportunity for rural dwellers to get planning permission compared to the restrictive PPS 14. I would urge everyone to attend and find out the details for themselves and make their own judgement.'
