Anamar School meeting positive - Murphy

Sinn Féin MP and assembly member for Newry and Armagh Conor Murphy has said that the recent public meeting regarding Anamer School was another positive step in order to prevent its closure .
Mr. Murphy attended the meeting along with his party colleagues Cllr Terry Hearty and Mayor Colman Burns.
Commenting after the meeting Mr. Murphy said,
"The large gathering at the meeting is proof of the importance that this school has in the local community."
"I wish to reitirate Sinn Féin's committment to stand shoulder to shoulder with Anamar school. We will do everything in our power to prevent its closure."
