Cllr Casey comments on Newry house fire

Newry Sinn Féin Councillor Charlie Casey has said that the local community is in shock after the death of a woman in a house fire in Quayside Close. Cllr Casey said, "The local community here is currently in shock. Our thoughts and prayers are with family and friends of this lady. "Although it is uncertain how this blaze was started it, it is a indeed a reminder of the importance of smoke alarms and fire safety measures."
